Benefits of Moringa Oleifera Seeds
Herbal remedies and health benefits have been associated with horseradish for centuries. Antifungal, antiviral, antidepressant, and anti-inflammatory properties are also present in it. Furthermore, it is taken by mouth to reduce swelling, as an antioxidant, prevent spasms, increase sex drive (as an aphrodisiac), prevent pregnancy, boost the immune system, and increase milk production. Sometimes it is used as a nutritional supplement or tonic.
How to sow and care for Moringa Oleifera Seeds
Moringa Seeds should be planted directly where the tree is to be grown and not transplanted. Transplantation is not recommended due to fragile seedlings. Seeds should be planted directly in light, sandy soil, not clayey or waterlogged. Bury the seeds a foot deep in a 30 cm square hole. Fill the holes with loose soil. By adding compost or manure to poor soil, trees can be grown. In each hole, place three to five seeds spaced five centimetres apart. Make sure the seeds are not more than three times as deep as the width of the seed. It is important that the soil is moist enough to prevent the topsoil from drying and choking the saplings, but not so wet that the seeds rot.
Healthy saplings should be left in the ground, and the rest should be removed when they reach a height of four to six inches. Young saplings can be killed by termites and nematodes. You should protect them against these two threats. An ideal location for growing moringa is one where it receives direct sunlight most of the day. Lack of sunlight can stunt the growth of plants. The soil should be watered regularly without becoming soggy. The Moringa family of plants does not tolerate wet feet, and they are sensitive to overwatering. Even though moringa plants are drought-tolerant, young plants require consistent moisture to thrive.
